    DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

    1. PARTIES
    This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made electronically between the following parties for the sale of products through online transactions.

    Seller:
    Angie Gift

    Buyer:
    The Buyer is the individual who places an order on the Angie Gift website, provides personal information during the ordering process, and accepts the terms of this Agreement.

    By completing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.

    2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
    This Agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and Distance Sales Regulations regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer from the Angie Gift website.

    3. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT DETAILS

    • The Buyer agrees to purchase the product(s) listed in the order, including their name, quantity, total price, and payment method.
    • Payment must be completed using the available payment options on the website.
    • Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.

    4. DELIVERY TERMS

    • The Seller agrees to deliver the purchased products to the shipping address provided by the Buyer within the estimated delivery timeframe indicated at the time of purchase.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, and unforeseen circumstances.
    • The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or customs processes.

    5. BUYER’S RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY

    • The Buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • Personalized or customized products are non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect.
    • The Buyer must contact the Seller before initiating a return and follow the provided return process.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

    6. ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

    • The Buyer may cancel the order before it has been shipped and receive a full refund.
    • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; however, the Buyer may return the product after receiving it.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable; only the product price will be refunded.

    7. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

    • The Seller guarantees that the products conform to the specifications stated on the website.
    • The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the products.
    • The Seller is not liable for delays or disruptions due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or technical failures.

    8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    • The parties agree to resolve any disputes related to this Agreement through mutual negotiation.
    • If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled by the relevant consumer arbitration board or consumer courts based on the Buyer’s jurisdiction.
